Equality, diversity and inclusion lead
Ketan Davé BSc, MA
For Ketan, this is a career by choice and not by accident. He comes from a pure D&I and Culture Transformation background and has 20+ years of experience as a subject-matter expert in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and a wealth of expertise in growing the EDI competence of cross-sector global organisations.
Ketan has worked across the whole spectrum of D&I issues, from advising a Gulf Co-operation Member State’s Ministry of Labour and a Petroleum Company in the UAE to not-for-profit and Third Sector organisations. He has consultancy and management experience and has provided advice, casework and mediation service to victims of hate crimes as well as advising FTSE 100 companies on devising, implementing and evaluating a fit for purpose EDI strategies and frameworks.
Prior to joining the Crown Prosecution Service as their Inclusion and Community Engagement Manager in 2017, Ketan worked in one of the most economically and politically challenging, and socially and ethnically diverse and vibrant boroughs in London. He specialised in Race and Intersectionality and set up the consultancy arm of the Race Equality Council where he was the Deputy Director.
